Proyecto 112 SE es una vivienda de estilo contemporáneo con sutiles elementos mediterráneos, ubicada en el fraccionamiento residencial Desarrollo La Primavera, en Culiacán, Sinaloa, México. La privada cuenta con infraestructura de primer nivel, seguridad permanente y áreas comunes que enriquecen el contexto y suman al confort del proyecto.
El predio se localiza en una esquina privilegiada, lo que permitió aprovechar de manera sobresaliente las fachadas en ambas direcciones. La composición arquitectónica extiende su rostro principal a lo largo del terreno, mientras que un acceso más resguardado se reserva sobre la fachada corta, garantizando privacidad y jerarquía en el ingreso.
El proyecto responde a las necesidades de una pareja en etapa de plenitud, que recibe con frecuencia a sus hijos y nietos. Su diseño busca ofrecer un ambiente cálido y funcional, donde la amplitud, la luz natural y los detalles en materiales nobles son protagonistas.
Desde el ingreso principal, se accede a una doble altura que funge como el epicentro de la vivienda. Una puerta de gran formato, fabricada en madera y acompañada por ventanales, baña de luz el vestíbulo y dirige la mirada hacia una escalera de huellas de madera que enfatiza la verticalidad y fluidez del espacio. La sala, el comedor y la cocina se articulan en este mismo volumen abierto, generando una atmósfera de integración y continuidad.
La relación interior-exterior se resuelve mediante amplios ventanales corredizos que conectan el área social con la terraza posterior. Dicho espacio complementa las funciones de convivencia al integrar una barra que extiende las actividades de cocina hacia el exterior, ideal para encuentros sociales.
Un sello distintivo del proyecto son sus dos losas inclinadas que se cruzan, creando un juego volumétrico que, además de aportar dinamismo a la propuesta arquitectónica, resuelve de manera eficiente la distribución funcional de los espacios. Esta composición otorga al proyecto una imagen singular que, a primera vista, simula una vivienda de un solo nivel, aunque en realidad alberga las recámaras en una planta superior.

Los vanos estratégicamente dispuestos permiten que la luz recorra cada rincón, generando juegos de sombras que enriquecen la percepción espacial a lo largo del día. The property is located on a privileged corner, which allowed for outstanding use of the facades in both directions. The architectural composition extends its main face along the land, while a more sheltered access is reserved on the short facade, guaranteeing privacy and hierarchy at the entrance.
The project responds to the needs of a couple in their prime, who frequently receive their children and grandchildren. Its design seeks to offer a warm and functional environment, where spaciousness, natural light, and details in noble materials are the protagonists.
From the main entrance, there is access to a double height that acts as the epicenter of the home. A large door, made of wood and accompanied by large windows, bathes the hall in light and directs the gaze towards a staircase with wooden treads that emphasizes the verticality and fluidity of the space. The living room, dining room and kitchen are articulated in this same open volume, generating an atmosphere of integration and continuity.
The interior-exterior relationship is resolved through large sliding windows that connect the social area with the rear terrace. This space complements the functions of coexistence by integrating a bar that extends the kitchen activities to the outside, ideal for social gatherings.
A distinctive feature of the project are its two inclined slabs that intersect, creating a volumetric game that, in addition to providing dynamism to the architectural proposal, efficiently resolves the functional distribution of the spaces. The strategically arranged openings allow light to travel through every corner, generating shadow plays that enrich spatial perception throughout the day.
